"Our sales person Jeremy was responsive and helpful, and the team of insulation installers led by Matt was fantastic. They worked within my work-from-home schedule to avoid work in and near my office while I was on calls, were very sensitive to not letting our escape-artist cats out of the house or into places they shouldn't go, and were friendly, professional, and informative. They did a fantastic job cleaning up after each day of the 2-day job. The only hiccup was a day-before-the-project materials substitution - I was expecting faced R49 insulation, but much of what we ended up with was unfaced batting in R30 + R19 thicknesses. This was explained as a supply shortage, and I have no reason to doubt it. With Jeremy's guidance we were able to work with a state program to finance the job, and because we were underinsulated and drafty we qualified for an energy-efficiency improvement rebate as well. Overall the job cost a bit more than I expected it would, but it was within a reasonable variance and lower than some other estimates, and with the rebate it dropped significantly."
