"We called Temp-Rite in the afternoon on Christmas Eve when our heater suddenly stopped working. They had someone out to our house within 30 minutes! The only reason our heater didn't get fixed on Christmas Eve is because their supplier had already closed for the holiday; I have every expectation that on a non-holiday we would have gotten our heat back the same day. When they came back first thing in the morning on the 26th, fixing the heater took about three times as long as estimated because of the age of our heater, so we expected there might be some additional labor fees. Instead, the price remained as quoted. On their way out, they even stopped to checked our airconditioning unit to make sure it was up to EPA standards. I would absolutely call Temp-Rite again!
