"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"The response time was great and repair corrected the initial problem. Unfortunately something else needed attention which was costly but they gave me options and their opinion of what would be my best for an 18 year old washer. Very honest and I highly recommend them."

"I have been very frustrated trying to find a part needed to repair my Micro/ Convection oven.
