"T&D was professional from start to finish. We moved into a vintage home that had very bad wiring that needed totally replaced. T&D started with a detailed inspection and came back with a quote for services. Upon moving forward with T&D, we agreed to bill the project on a time and materials basis. They were extremely transparent with their hours and material costs and provided almost daily updates. Office staff was GREAT with any questions and took care of permit stuff for us that we didn't have any idea how to manage. The workers themselves were always very punctual, polite, and did their best to be gentle with the old plaster walls in the home when possible. They took time to explain to me what they were doing and why, and always asked our preferences regarding placement of wires, outlets, and fixtures. The workers were also careful to restore power at the end of each day as we were living in the home during the project. We were nervous to do such a gigantic and expensive project in our new home, but T&D made it understandable and kept us in the loop for every step of the way. The project took several days longer than expected due to worse-than-assumed condition of certain areas of the house, but the total cost still ended up coming in at about $2k under budget. We also passed city inspection of the project with no concerns! We're so glad that we chose them for this project and are enjoying the safe, modern electrical system in our home!"
