"Went fine. Did need new part for air conditioner unit which cost $150.00. Ryan arrived as scheduled. He was professional yet friendly at the same time. He was very clear about what he was there to do, what he was doing as he did it, and what needed to be done at an additional cost and why. Ryan answered all of our questions and was very helpful in helping us to understand what he was doing and why and why additional tasks needed to be performed. He spent a long time trying to find a gas leak, and checked our sewers, furnace, and dryer, in addition to the hot water heater.
