"From the sales rep Anna to the Install Coordinator Jean and the install crew Daryl, I had a first class experience. The sales rep was not pushy and took her time to explain the differences in floors. She worked with her manager to get me answers she was not sure of and helped me get the best pricing. Jean called me with information about getting ready for the installers, called me again when the install team was on the way and checked with me when the job was done. Daryl called me to let me know they were on their way we’re very professional and informed me on how they install would go. They did an excellent job and when finished they cleaned up their mess and thanked me for choosing ReFloor. During the entire process I had only one little hiccup, but the customer relations manager handled it promptly and matter was quickly resolved. I would recommend ReFloor to anyone wanting flooring installed. The entire team is courteous, professional and excellent to deal with!"

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"I was in desperate need for a contractor, and this guy came to my door ready to work. He said I can start tommorow. I was like slow down, buddy! He told me about this place to purchase vinyl flooring for a cheaper price, and the advice was very useful because I bought my flooring there. He came with me to Menards and helped me load the baseboards onto his van. Very friendly and respectful and has excellent suggestions. He had the idea to install the baseboards underneath my sink free of charge, and I told him no. Now I'm kicking myself in the butt because I should have taken the dea, lol. Well, anyway, he did a great job. Very punctual and diligent, and prices were very reasonable, and if you need something done, he can't do he knows a guy that knows a guy and will get it done at a reasonable price. I'm very satisfied with all the work that was done 10/10 he is an artist!!"

"Technician was very pleasant and seemed competent. He said I was expected to provide the materials. When I objected, he said this was to prevent any padding of materials by the contractor. I advised him that I did not have time to run down materials and would not know what to buy anyway. I said that the last technician from the company purchased the material he needed and I reimbursed him. He said he could do that. I warned him that any padding of material cost would result in a law suit and notification of the attorney general. Later that afternoon, a woman from the company called and said she didn't feel comfortable with threats to her technician. She was very defensive about it, and I cancelled the contract."

The plan was for job to be done in one day but they had to suspend work in order for me to order missing parts of the doors assembly. Thankfully there was no price increase for coming back weeks later to restart and finish up. Wife is very happy."
