To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

He called his parts source and then quoted me the price of the part. He left my home for the part and arrived approximately 1 hour later. He quickly installed the new part and checked the operation of the washer. Once convinced all was in working order, he provided me with and emailed, itemized bill. I was impressed enough to refer my daughter to call him for a refrigerator repair the next day, which he also efficiently repaired to my daughter's satisfaction."

After poking around I found there was another small capacitor connected to the draft inducer motor. I tested it and found it to be even weaker. I will be replacing that as well. She also found a couple other things that needed corrected as well which she did. That was gas inlet pressure was too low and the condesate drain line was partially plugged."
