"The ground hogs refused to cooperate by entering the traps. We spend a good bit of money to catch 2 ground hogs and 1 forlorn raccoon. This is not the fault of Complete Pest Solutions but I found myself wishing the price had been per trapped animal rather than per day. Or perhaps a lower per day charge for any 24 hours with no critter caught. It hurts to spend a couple hundred bucks just to decorate your yard with steel cages."

He figured out they had more than one point of entry but was able to find each one and finish the job by sealing everything up. They were incredibly humane to the flying squirrels and truly a joy to have over each day. "<p>Called Critter Control at 5:30 pm on a Friday about a bat in my family room fireplace. Kevin called me back within 30 minutes. He offered to come out that night but we decided it would be better to come out in the morning. He arrived at my house promptly at 9 am on Saturday morning. He could not find the bat in the fireplace. He discovered a small hole in the bottom of the fireplace. So he checked out the crawl space underneath my family room. He climbed into the crawl space and quickly caught the bat and put it in a jar. He took the bat with him to release on his own property. He put a new cap on the top of my chimney to prevent any more bats getting into the chimney. Kevin was extremely friendly and thorough. I also had him check my attic for animals because we sometimes heard noises.
