"Very well. We called in February to ask for an estimate. The estimate was dropped off and the price was great. They said they would add us to the schedule and we would probably be done in June. At the end of May they called to say they would be in the next week. They came when scheduled. When they ran into extra work and had replace a lot of the plywood under the roof, they explained that there wasn't enough air flow and the moisture was staying in the crawl space and the wood had rotted. They replaced it which took an extra day to do and they did a careful professional job to see that the same issue would not happen again. The additional cost was very reasonable. I would use them again and would highly recommend them."

They tinted the primer for best coverage of old color, two coats of paint. Instead of just touching up the baseboards as we agreed, they repainted them completely so the finish would look better.
