"We initially called Resnick Roofing after seeing positive reviews on Angie's List for a roof inspection due to a leak. Craig arrived to evaluate and recommended a roof replacement, which I knew was about due, and was not simply a sales tactic. He was very upfront, provided recommendations on things I could do myself to prep for it. Craig was also very up front and stated they would not be the cheapest if I was going to get estimates, but it was for good reason. After going through the entire process and spending $17,000, Craig was not wrong. The customer service was top notch. The workmanship was excellent. We were assigned a project manager, Jordan. Jordan kept in touch with us, and was always reachable via cell or email. If you want excellent service and workmanship, I highly recommend them. We will need gutters and siding in the future and will use them again. Their communication throughout the entire process was great and we used Resnick based on previous reviews. Those reviews were spot on."

To begin with, Bob responded to my voice-message within an hour or so...he visited the project location the next day, and provided his written quote within 2 business days. Based on DELL'AQUILA PLASTERING's current workload at the time, a tentative date less than 2 weeks out was agreed upon, subject to us completing other work (wiring, plumbing, etc). "This service went extremely well from beginning to end.  I just purchased a new house in Gibsonia at the time and met Rick at the house to review the job.  He was running only 5 minutes late and even called to let me know.  He provided the estimate and we negotiated on the work to be performed a little bit and then got the work scheduled within the next week or two.    
On the morning of the first day, Rick showed up with the entire crew, which was then led by Dan throughout the job.  Everyone was extremely professional and very courteous.  The job took about 8 and 1/2 days to complete.  I ended up paying a little more than was originally estimated because some things required additional work.  
It's a pretty sizable house and there was a LOT to paint.  I did the final walk through with Dan on the final day and only found a couple small things that needed to be touched up at the time, which they did before leaving.  I did find a number of areas that needed touched up after they left, which I did myself.  They left all of the paint except for the white trim and ceiling paint, which was a bit disappointing because some of that needed touched up as well.  
All in all, I was very happy with their service.  They went above and beyond with the work performed, and I feel I got a tremendous value for the cost.  I would definitely use this team again and recommend them to others.
