"The sales person met with us on a Saturday morning, which was very convenient.  He explained the process of selecting a slab, and it did not matter where we got the granite slab from.  After the slab was selected, it was only a matter of a day before we received our quote for the job.  There were no hidden costs; every cost was spelled out in the quote.  This is very important to me - I find too many times there are additional charges that you had no idea were required, and the job becomes more expensive than budgeted for.
Once I made the down payment (1/2 of total required), it was not even 2 weeks until install.  I believe it was around 12 days.  Premier was very good at letting us know what we could expect.  On the day of installation, they covered our carpets so they would not track dirt in.  The installation team was very professional.  Once the install was done, they explained how to take care of the granite, and what types of actions to avoid.  If we had/have any issues, they said to call anytime.
I would definitely recommend Premier to anyone looking to have a granite or other type of stone installed!"

"We can't even begin to tell you how happy we are with the work that was done on our home. Our house went from being the "ugly duckling" of our street to the "beautiful swan" after Roman's crew was done with our home. Bill, Rob and Evan were the men who did our front porch, and it's what sets the look for the house. I could not have asked for three finer men who were a pleasure to get to know, and appreciate their workmanship. The guys would show up around 6:30am, and were ready to begin at 7am. They had the old porch torn off in a day, and over the next several days, an entirely new porch was framed and the most beautiful wood was used for the new flooring, along with white vinyl railings. They also put in my new front door and storm door to complete the project. For the siding, gutters, downspouts, soffit & fascia, I've not seen men work this hard and tirelessly in a long time. Fredericko and Jose would show up around 8am every day, and work until they had no daylight left to work in. The finished product looks incredible, and we are so grateful for the hard work the men put in to transforming our home. I've attached photos to the review so that you can see the amazing transformation of our home. I would highly recommend Roman and his team from Exceptional Exteriors for any remodeling needs you might have."

"It started very well, we worked with Tara, she was very receptive to the changes that we made and was very accessible and flexible.We wanted initially to hire for full remodel, but their quote was too high ,so we decided to limit only to cabinets and install. We hired other companies and it was a smart decision . Then the installation came and unfortunately it was poor planning and what was very disappointing poor execution leaving us with significant gaps between the back of the cabinets toe kick and the cabinets.. nails trough the cabinets and misaligned doors When we alerted about it..we were told to hire someone else to fix that ..I must admit that the quartz company that did do very good job. But in regards with the cabinets installation no supervision and very poor craftsmanship. So we ended up with having to repair what should have been planned and executed well initially."

"Bob and Kristin were fabulous and easy to work with. Marblelife of Pittsburgh completely blew us away. They restored our Mexican pavers and grout in our kitchen and the marble in our entry . What a huge difference! They did such fine work! They restored the grout and caulking in our bathrooms. Im speechless. They havent looked this good since 1985! I would recommend Marblelife to everyone! It feels like a new house! Marblelife came and breathed new life into our home. What a find! The amount of care and attention to detail they displayed while working on our project is rare in this day and age. We really appreciated the extra effort! We couldn' t be more pleased with the outcome. While not cheap, the savings over replacing everything was substantial to say the least.
