"Honestly, I LOVE Ryan's Restoration.  This is a company I've been going to since 2010.  These are great people doing great things for people and their carpets.  I highly recommend these guys and will use them again once I move into my own house again.  There's really not much else to say, they're detail oriented and upfront about costs.  They helped me first in my apartment in 2010.  They stretched the carpet back into place so that there wouldn't be a difference shown with the final walk through.  They cleaned the carpets in my first house also in 2010 and throughout my time there.  My last service with them was in September 2014 where they cleaned my carpets for the last time as I had put my house on the market.  If there's a company you can go to again and again and see familiar faces, people who will remember you, Ryan's Restoration is the company.

We also loved working with their sales person Mark. he was so helpful and guided us through the process and acknowledging our needs to give us the best product that would work for our family and lifestyle. "Job did not go well. The two guys were very courteous, but not experience with house siding. The chimney was clad in same siding as house horizontal 6 inch cedar. They didnt put the new siding on level or even uniform spacing. Left gaps in the structure that would have caused water damage. The owner refunded part of our money.

They were also very considerate and conscientious to keep clean and not damage anything in the process of going in and out of the home. They presented themselves well, and were quick to communicate by phone if delayed. They worked quickly but carefully. Very friendly and professional in conduct at all times. And lastly, the work done showed a professional level of craftmanship executing attention to detail and clean up. I highly recommend this contractor as a rare find amongt contractors! We'll continue to use them with future needs. A job very well done!!"

"I called on Saturday and Cliff answered my call right away.  He was responsive and enthusiastic. I assumed I would not be able to have the work done until sometime the next week if then, but if it fit my schedule, Cliff wanted to come out that day and get it done.  That worked for me!
Cliff came out and was as polite and enthusiastic in person as he was on the phone.  He was able to tear down my shed, load it, the stand alone shelving and drawers, and a pile of wood that also needed to go in under 2 hours by himself.  He raked and smoothed over my gravel driveway where the tires of his truck had dug in.  
I was extremely pleased with his service and would happily recommend and/or use his service again.
