You never have to worry if the person that is entering your home and servicing your vent system or repairing your fireplace is trained and certified, because we guarantee it! "Hired them to repair a chimney, $3500+ later and the chimney may be fixed (not sure as I don't know how to evaluate it) but my roof now leaks. Has been more than 12 calls (over more than 6 weeks) with the owner later and they begurdginingly came out and said they took care of it. Turns out they had forgotten at least 2 steps of the process- flashing and water sealing, they then said it took care of it. Last night we had the first major storm since and my ceiling leaks again. They have yet to repair the interior ceiling damage and water damage between the first and 2nd floor. -To clarify it never leaked before and is the area right up against the fire place. No doubt where it started."
