"We had several small drywall cracks that needed repair, and our pull-down attic ladder had a bad hinge.  Walt and Tammy were prompt and responsive to these issues, and they also took care of a couple of additional drywall repairs without changing the estimate.  The attic ladder was an unusual repair, as it involved modifying a poorly assembled lower segment, but Walt was able to correct this without issue.  In addition, Tammy noticed some cracked caulking in our bathroom by the tub, which she also repaired for no additional charge.

"This was an emergency. The hose bib had split open inside the wall of our house, the water had been turned off at the curb, and we were desperate to flush toilets, wash our hands, and make coffee, among other things. They were able to move their schedule around and come by to fix the problem quickly. The repairman was very efficient and effective, and we had water back on within a few hours. The repair was not cheap, but that was, in part, because it involved cutting a hole in the drywall in my closet and purchasing/installing a plate over it when the repair was done. We now have a favorite plumbing company."

"Company answered immediately when called; our water was off for the whole house due to a leak in a supply line inside a wall. We wanted it fixed as soon as possible, so we were quoted the emergency rates, and our job was scheduled for at or after 4:30PM the same day. Thirty minutes after the first call, we got a call back saying one of their technicians was on the way (3 hours ahead of schedule). When the plumber got to the house, he introduced himself and went straight to work. He quickly identified the problem was with a part accessible from outside the wall, replaced the problem part, helped troubleshoot a leak that started when the water was turned back on, and was done. We were not charged the emergency rate, and he apologized profusely that it had taken slightly over an hour so he had to charge for part of the second hour. That didn't bother us at all; cost was still much less than the minimum cost of an emergency call. The plumber was courteous, efficient, and excellent at communicating what he was doing and why. We will call this company with any future plumbing jobs we have. And hopefully they won't be emergencies!"

"Trustworthy Cleaning Services does an excellent job. We've been using them close to two years. They've only broken a few things during that time, which anybody who has their housed cleaned on a regular basis, every week or every other week, it's kind of like they're bound to break a glass here or there. You're bound to knock something off. A few things happened, but other than that, they've been top notch, excellent. They do a good, thorough job. I've housekeepers that I've actually had to clean up after, but I've never had to go back and clean with them. There's four ladies that come in and clean. The price is good, for what you get. They also have extra services, like if you want them to come in and clean your oven. They're the only housekeepers I've ever seen who clean the inside of the windows every time they're here.  My wife also uses them at her workplace."
