"Russ did a fantastic job with the installation of our 12000 BTU mini split heat pump.  I did the preliminary work (basic unit location, drilling holes, etc.).  He did the installation of control wiring and tubing and then did all of the HVAC setup and test run.  Before the job, I hit him with many questions via e-mail and the phone, and he graciously addressed all of them.  He left the job site just as clean as when he got there.  Russ is a true professional and it was a pleasure to work alongside him for a few hours. <br />"
