"Brody's service met and exceeded any and all expectations. Brody and his assistant were hired to remove & remodel a bathtub & shower unit. The project was to remove and install a new more disabled friendly set up.. This was for my elderly disabled mother. The bathroom turned out AMAZING !!!!!!! ... truly what a transformation. They not only did a professional, job, they were so polite and went out of their way to clean their work area. They took precautions to ensure no dust or debris few into the other rooms as project progressed. I am extremely pleased in their work , professionalism & how very polite and courteous they were to my elderly disabled mother. They also added grab bars in the shower and around the toilet area. A handicap bench was also installed into the shower.. I would recommend this company to anyone & everyone. We were so very lucky to have come across such a wonderful, professional company with such kindness . The new shower unit is much safer and under friendly for my disabled elderly mother."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

Robert initially worked with us on our replacement projects. He was punctual, reliable and works very hard to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. Angela stopped by and oversaw the project the day of installation and answered all of our questions during the installation with members of the installation team. The installation team worked very diligently and completed all of our replacements in about 5 to 6 hours. The installation team works exclusively under the Window Depot USA of Youngstown umbrella, which we were very pleased with. Very nice cleanup after the work was completed. We cannot recommend the team at Window Depot USA of Youngstown enough. We especially liked supporting two excellent companies (Window Depot USA of Youngstown and ProVia) who are headquartered locally in Ohio and in the Youngstown area and Sugarcreek, respectively."

"Called A1, spoke with Mary , said she would have Bob call. Bob called within 15 minutes and was at the house within the hour and had the furnace up and running. He had to order a part and was back on Tuesday to install it . Price was very reasonable for a Sunday call"

This work was required by the City of Meadville.  They pulled permits and ensured that all required inspections were obtained.  In addition to the required sidewalk repair/replacement they also repaired a set of concrete steps.  Throughout the process they maintained contact and kept me informed. 

I have used their services in the past and wouldn't hesitate to contact them for any future need.

"I would heartily recommend Roos H&R Painting. Mike and Penny Roos work hard and aim to please. When I first met them to introduce them to the job and get a bid, they indicated that they love painting and restoring old houses. Their work reflects that love. They are honest, dependable, responsible, and easy to work with. When asked to make a few changes, they graciously agreed. 
Soon after we met, they emailed me a contract. We met again to confirm colors. There was a delay because of the spring weather, but once the rain cleared, they power washed the house, and then got started the next week and didn't stop until the job was complete. There was quite a bit of scraping, caulking, and even replacing of some shingles. They brushed on the stain for the best and longest lasting result. Despite all the work, they completed the job in about 8 days and the result is fantastic. 
Their crew seemed equally careful, polite, and hardworking. Despite all the activity and workers on the property, they cleaned up every night, even shop vacuuming all the paint chips from the ground and porch roofs when they were done. 
The house has been restored to its former beauty and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with their work. "
