"I had a small roof leak. I got a few estimates, Excaliber was the lowest although they had a disclaimer that the bill could be higher if they found wood rot. They did find a small amount and there was a small extra charge but I think it was fair. I would definitely use them again after some bad past experiences with roofers, it's nice to find an honest and professional company."

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

"I 90% like them. They were very good all the way through the process. However, finding after a year of having the panels that I haven't produced enough electricity and the electric company is billing me a large sum of money for the difference. They are looking into it now but I don't know what the outcome is going to be. Other than that, they are a great company. I paid $30,000 for the panels and I get the tax credit this year. I never checked any other companies because I have trees out front on the south side and no other company would even put panels on my roof. This is the only company that told me they had a way of doing it, and they put the panels on the back of my roof, but still facing the south side. Since there is no other company that would do it, I have no comparison for the price. The quality of their work was great. They were all very good to work with. They should not have given me the expectations that they did. They said that their panels would take care of all the electric that I was using so outside I would be able to use my electric heat as well. It would produce enough and it obviously hasn't. They made a mistake on that. For the most part, I think that they didn't have my tree problem so it's a great company."

We are happy with the whole process of initiating the project, arranging the service and the service itself. Very fast response from the office clerk and the owner. The two year warranty provided by the company gave us a piece of mind. The job was done in less than the week. If the nice painting sustains over the years to come as promised by the owner, we could certainly hire them back for other painting and roof needs.

"Overall, they did a very good job.  They were very clean and cleaned up well after themselves and only took 1.5 days to complete the work.  My only two complaints would be that on one portion of the house, a flat roof was required per city building codes and we were not advised that that roof would be white (as that was the only color available and we wish they would have told us that in advance).  They did however come back and painted the roof to match the rest of the shingling upon our request at no additional charge (which satsified us).  Secondly, one eve of roof was replaced and in nailing to secure it, the wood completely split.  They refused to replace it and said they would only putty it.  They left it unsanded and as a result, my husband now has to sand the putty prior to its being painted."
