The work is labor-intensive and relatively expensive, so we settled on just having the shower stall, tile around the bathtub faucet, and the grout around the sink and adjacent tile done, which were the worst areas. Julio worked hard and did a very good job (I gave him a B on quality, but that is due more to the age of the tile than Julio's efforts). He was very easy to communicate with, and even brought by an extra amount of grout touch up after the job was done, when I asked for it. I am happy with the results, and they have held up well during the past nine months."

However, I asked to remove water stains on our terracotta floors and the sales rep thought we would see a big difference and unfortunately, we did not. In fact, there are now brush strokes on our tiles and they are slick due to the sealant.
