The subcontractors he hires are professional and they do quality work. He checks on the construction site on a daily basis and makes sure the site is kept as clean as possible. He worked with me when I needed to bring my travel trailer home halfway through the construction blocking the driveway and his main access to the backyard. MGD LLC displayed the attributes we hoped to see in our contractor, an accurate estimate, project start and completion on time, daily cleanup, tool and equipment organization, and excellent communication throughout the duration of the project. We were informed of dates and arrival times for MGD LLC work, and there was seamless coordination of sub-contractors, so that plumbers, electricians, glass installers, and tile installers would not be waiting on others, or getting in each other’s way. Above all, we most appreciated the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in the work displayed throughout the process."

"Time management was poor at best. Crews running too many jobs at the same time. My bathroom remodel took over 8 months to finish after a 90 day projection. ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS VERY VERY BAD!!! Flooring was not laid smoothly (tile). Multiple holes cut in new sheet rock to hang light fixtures.. Apparently Troy can't use a tape measure properly. He was the supervisor that got fired. 1 of the workers was smoking weed in my house (we don't smoke anything inside). Neil the owner cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. Very dishonest people, company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"
