"We had our gutters cleaned by Mind in the Gutter for the first time in March 2018. When the gutters were cleaned, the technician pointed out a couple of potential problem areas on the second floor as well as a gutter that appeared to be sloped incorrectly. Our house has 2 stories and is approximately 30 years old. The gutters are as old as the house. Mind in the Gutter is full service gutter company, so we requested an estimate. Ethan Powers, the owner, provided a quote for 6" seamless gutters on the back and front of the house with leaf guards on the second floor. A damaged fascia board needed to be replaced as well. We have a custom trim color. The gutter colors that he could provide were close to, but lighter than, our existing trim. Ethan told us that he could fabricate the gutters and leave them with us to be painted. We accepted the quote and his crew showed up, removed the old gutters and fabricated the new. They also left a fascia board that I could paint as well. Proceeding this way allowed us to avoid any conflict with neighborhood covenants. We were impressed by the fact that the crew came to work on a Saturday to finish the job. The crew we worked with was outstanding. Every one of the men was courteous, friendly, and professional. They were focused and paid attention to detail. The fascia board was replaced and the installer asked me for paint to paint the caulk line on the second floor! They had also provided me with downspout straps when they fabricated the gutters so that I could paint them to match as well. It was a quality job from start to finish. I always value service personnel who respect property and work safely. The crew that we had represent this company well."
