While he was at our house servicing our system, he contacted his company and they were able to deliver the part in about 30 minutes, which he then installed. No one feels good about COVID! But we actually feel a bit safer now, all because Brian educated us and then handled the logistics to buy and install the product on the spot! Brian went the extra distance for this customer, which is why Sila is such an outstanding company. Also, we have been extremely happy with our Unico HVAC system, which Sila installed a few years ago, and highly recommend it for anyone looking to add central AC to an older house. The fact that it is also a heat pump is a real bonus, efficiently supplementing/providing heat, even when it's 36 degrees outside. We're an extremely happy Sila customer!"
