"Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. When looking for a new roof, I’m sure like a lot of you have or are doing, I checked around a bit and chatted with a couple of neighbors, family, and friends. I just wasn’t satisfied with the cousin’s son-in-law’s brother’s friend who can do it over a number of weekends mentality. I also wasn’t interested in some of their decision-making like those who would choose bargain basement, lowest cost options, or on the other hand that I felt had been way overcharged. I decided to conduct some online searches of my own. I found BHI online through one of those searches. I must say that I was quite impressed by what I initially read and saw about the company, their Awards & Accreditations, their Charity, and strong sense of Community, as well as their Go Green commitment. They also have an “Operation Payback” Awards program that provides a free new roof to an American Veteran every year. That was amazing, and along with their many exemplary reviews, I had to check them out further and made a call. Jim DelPrete, President came out to visit with me in short order and assessed my particular and specific roofing needs and presented all the relevant options and recommendations and some needed do’s and don’ts. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. Some final words to share about my experience with the BHI team and with this home improvement project in no particular order: Customer-centric, Timely, Communicative, Knowledgeable, Consultative, Responsive, Friendly, Courteous, Fair, Neat, Transformative, Attentive, Cost-effective, Excellent work, Excellent materials, Professional, Impressive. "Extremely pleased with On Top Roofing. Arrived on time, finished the job quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Very pleasant people to deal with from Tim and Alise in the office to the workers on the roof. The price was right and the roof looks great!"

"Quick response to repair leak which was great because heavy rains were on the way. Partial roof replacement was very conveniently scheduled around the weather and my and my tenants availability. Work was completed in less than a full day. They cleaned up well. No mess left outside the house or on the porches (3 family house)."

"I contacted Willard Co. on Wednesday and on Friday they were on my roof writing up my estimate. Once we came to an agreement they ordered my skylights. They came and installed my skylights in one day on a steep pitched front roof. They did an excellent job of matching up the tiles they had to replace on my roof. Excellent work ethic, professional attitudes and timely service equals another service call if I ever need any of the services they offer."

"I went with Ken because of all the roofers I spoke to, he was the only one that wanted to address my concern about attic ventilation.  All of the other roofers just wanted to slap shingles up.  Ken, on the other hand, actually looked inside the attic and came up with a plan to get better ventilation in the attic.  With the winters we've been having, I wanted better ventilation to help mitigate any issues with ice dams.  His plan was to open up the soffit along the whole front and back sides of the house and put in a perforated material to allow much more ventilation than the small vents every 8 or so feet that I had.   Ken also had no problem pulling back the siding by the dormer windows and shed dormer because there was no flashing.  I even asked Ken if he could go overkill and use 12' of ice and water barrier from the bottom of the roof.  All of my concerns were addressed and I felt comfortable letting Ken's crew do the work.
I am pleased with the work done.  The roof/skylight was complete in one day, but everything else took a little longer than expected.  I had asked to have the siding by the dormers to be pulled back so that flashing could be put in place.  I had issues with leaking by the dormer windows because there was no flashing.  However, apparently my siding was a non-standard size and had to be special ordered.  This delayed the process for a bit.  Now the work is complete, and I'm happy everything turned out great!

"The replacement went well. There was a problem with some roof cap's finish, but certainties covered it on warranty. Roofer's Edge did the work."

"Picked the right company. I spent a little time collecting quotes and meeting with roofers to help me choose the right company to install a new roof, vinyl siding and gutters. This was a huge expense for me and I wanted to make sure I would get the best value and a company I could trust. Well I can honestly say Connell Roofing delivered on all counts. Crew was efficient and professional. They continually sought out my feedback to make sure I was satisfied with the way the job was progressing. Crew noticed the rubber roof over my enclosed porch was failing and would need replacement in a few years. Ben gave me a great deal making the decision to replace an easy choice, saving me money and eliminating a future headache. They even replaced several exterior lighting fixtures at no additional cost. Ben has called several times to make sure there are no unforeseen issues. So far so good. I feel confident they will stand behind their work and trust they will be here if I need them."

"the work was great, he went in their and cleaned up everything, and put in a piece of pad to cover it to keep the birds out; he also checked every part of the roof for any possible entries as well."

"I met with Andrew and Chad today 05/18 for a full roof replacement. Both were knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain the project and answer all my questions. No pressure from either one of them and they helped provide me with a reasonable price for the job."

"Lifetime Roofing is an outstanding contractor. The work was excellent, the price was fair and their communication was exceptional. After a heavy rainstorm, water was leaking into my house. Paul from Lifetime Roofing got back to me very quickly and, after an inspection, recommended that the flashing be replaced in one area of the roof. I was impressed that Paul kept in constant email contact through the contracting and scheduling process, answering all my questions. The crew was professional and skilled and completed the work in one day and did a terrific job. After the work was completed, Paul even followed up after a rainstorm to make sure no water had leaked into the house. None did. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all my future roofing needs."
