"Steve and his crew did a great job replacing the underground plumbing for our built-in pool. From Day 1... Very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable. They arrived on time, thoroughly reviewed and discussed the plan, taking care to minimize the cuts they'd have to make in our stamped concrete patio, even taking pictures beforehand so they could match the pattern in the newly poured concrete. They take pride in their work, and treated it like it was their pool, taking extra measures to protect our existing landscape, irrigation lines and concrete. When they ran into a couple of unexpected issues, Steve and his crew calmly brainstormed the possible solutions and found the right ones. "I was with the contractor that made me think that because my good credit I was getting a good financing interest around 7% and he did not tell me that my granite steps had to be removed, he told me after the loan went through at a rate of almost 14% at this moment I would like to cancel the project, I am under a lot of stress and having back issues I am afraid that because I take time off from work I am not going to be able to pay for this high interest loan."
