"Extremely disappointed with Tanks Plumbing. We originally hired them to fix a clogged sewer line, but during their work, they broke the sewer line itself. It took 5 days for them to come back to repair it, and after replacing the line, they left a 6-foot hole in our front yard ? which sat open and unfinished for 6 weeks. When it was finally time for the final replacement of the $4,000 sewer line, they showed up a day early without notice, knowing we couldn?t be there to inspect the work. During this rushed job, they broke an irrigation line, failed to pressure test the repair, backfilled the trench without telling us, and then pressured us to sign off on the work, claiming there was ?no damage.? Only after we found out about the irrigation leak did they admit they had damaged it, and their response was completely unprofessional: "Expose it and show me the leak if you don't want to pay us to dig it up." Absolutely unacceptable level of care, communication, and accountability. "
