He and his crew had it built within a week. I think it turned out great. Curtis was able to build it so that the existing kitty door could be used and Bandit is able to come and go at will. "We SEEM to have caught all of the rat's but the fact that he didn't thoroughly check everything and, infact, left 3 openings is a big disappointment. I let him know that he had missed these areas, and he implied that I was partly to blame because I had walked around the house with him as he was checking, and I hadn't noticed them myself. He said he would split the cost of fixing the last 3 holes, even though he later admitted that it was his fault. I have to say that if you want color and conversation at your backyard bbq, Randy's your man. But if you want an exterminator who is serious about doing a thorough job, look elsewhere."
