I've used other heating and air conditioner companies in the past and felt they did an okay job but never felt the service people were up to the level of this person, or felt they were pressuring me to buy something. There was no pressure from Cassie.

He recommended other repair businesses, who also tried to help over the phone, but a $150 service call fee was more than we could deal with.
