All materials needed were on hand and ready to use before the job was started. Job involved replacing roofing and sealing materials near the high side of skylight, and installing replacement metal flashing. Discovered additional problems with skylight frame and we requested that entire frame be replaced or repaired. This was added to the job but completed at the same time as other repairs. Additional expense of this addition was reasonably priced and work was very professional. Price of overall job was very reasonable and competitive. Cleanup after the job was thorough and timely also. Owner offered to return should any difficulties occur with his work."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
