We had to delay the pour while waiting on a variance from the city. Shawn stayed in touch and honored the quote. He gave good input on what to consider while deciding where to place the pad and they graded the surroundings to help control rainwater runoff. The pad looks beautiful. Shawn, Sergio and crew were timely and left the site neat and clean, though there were a few nails from the frame, no big deal. I’m hoping to work with this company again for my cement driveway project. Highly recommended!"

"I received 4 estimates from 4 different companies for the work that needed to be done and decided to go with Greene Concrete leveling due to the price and their 10 year warranty. They also came highly recommended from several people I had talked to. The crew of 2 young men showed up exactly on time. They were polite and courteous. Explained the estimated cost ($375.00), applied my coupon ($25.00 off) and went straight to work. They offered to caulk the crack between the walkway and the driveway for an additional fee ($30.00), which was a nice surprise because I had planned to do it myself afterwards, but since they offered the service I agreed to the extra cost and now I don't have to worry about it, which to me is worth the additional fee, plus the coupon evened it out. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and they were finished with project in about 35 minutes. They had to drill 4 holes in the walkway platform to pump concrete through the holes to lift the entire platform. They were able to raise the entire piece without any stress cracks or damage to the existing concrete slab. They power washed and cleaned the surrounding area and driveway when they were done. It was a great experience, I would definitely recommend Greene Concrete Leveling to anyone and will definitely use their services in the future if needed. I unfortunately did not take before pictures, but I included some pictures of the work when it was finished, I am very pleased with the results."

"This was a massive project for my budget so I was very thorough with my research for a contractor. Dan was always very responsive to my phone calls which was different from most of the other companies I was calling. When we saw the finished project, we could not have been happier that we choose Mardan Cement. The crew was nice, professional and very efficient. The project took 5 days and we have had countless compliments. Since deciding to do this job, I've been obsessed with looking at other people's driveway and patios to find the best and now I get to look at mine. I may be biased, but it's honestly one of the most beautiful I've seen. The driveway and sidewalk make our house stand out more than ever before and the stamped patio is exactly what I envisioned for a backyard oasis. The garage floor completes the entire project. Being an older Lakewood home, the uneven garage floor was an eye sore and it looks brand new! Replacing the storm sewer was slightly unexpected, but we knew it was a possibility as mandated by the city. We had all 4 of our gutters routed to the new storm line so they no longer drain onto the driveway. That was our choice and it finishes off the project nicely. "Over the last few years our Basement has been flooding. If you live in the Parma Hts, Parma, North Royalton area, you know all about the flooding. A month ago after spending two nights in a row from 1am- 6am with three shop vacs trying to keep the water from taking over the basement, my wife and I decided it was time to get a professional out. After stumbling onto Reliable's website I saw that the company was owned by an Air Force Veteran, Reliable was the 1st company I called. I also enjoyed the videos on the website. It was obvious that this was a family company with values. When Ken the owner arrived, he took the time to assess the situation. He developed a plan for us. Instead of selling us something, he took the time to educate us. We were ready to sign without getting another estimates that's how confident we were. He encouraged us to get other estimates, reluctantly we did and after doing so, it solidified our decision. It was obvious, no other company could compare.When we had any questions, Ken and his team quickly answered them. They did their best in taking into consideration our urgency to get this project done and worked with us on our schedule. When the crew arrived, they took the time to explain what they were doing every step of the way. They looked, dressed, and conducted themselves professional. It was easy to see that the crew were not subcontractors but were trained and experienced employees of Reliable. From their uniforms to their trucks to their equipment everything was professional. They took pride in what they were doing and respected our home as it were their own. They protected the driveway and surrounding area and were considerate to our neighbors. They took their time to do it right but didn't drag out the job, only stopping for a quick lunch break everyday. They video cammed and water jetted our stormline, sanitary line and downspout drains at the beginning and at the completion of the project. At the end of every day, they made the area safe and cleaned up. Even the city inspector was impressed with their work. They took care of some unforeseen extras that came up without asking for another dime. After backfilling the trench almost all the way up to the top with clean stone, they topped everything with beautiful dark rich topsoil. They even had a lot of topsoil left over and dropped and spread it in a low area in my back yard. When they left, it was like they were never there. They brought joy to a rather joyless project. I have and will continue to recommend Reliable Basement and Drain, to all my neighbors, friends and family. Do not hesitate to hire them as your waterproofing contractor!"
