"Rosell Home did an amazing job rebuilding my entire home (which had been gutted to the studs) after a fire. The original contractors on the project, were terrible. After several months of no progress, I hired Randy from Rosell Home to finish (really to start) the rebuild. It was the best decision I could have made. The experience was like night and day from the precious contractors. Rosell Home made sure all the permits were properly pulled, had great subcontractors, and made sure the construction was to code. (The previous contractors tried to get away with not bringing things to code, because it would be "too difficult"). The communication was fabulous, I knew when people would be working on my house, what the schedule was, and if there were unexpected issues, they always had proposals for solutions. When Rosell Home took over the reconstruction, they really seemed dedicated to getting me back in as soon as possible. Amber helped me with all the design selections which was critical. After a fire, the last thing you want to do is make decisions about finishes. Amber got a sense of my style and would pull out a few selections for me to look at and choose from. This massively reduced the stress of walking into a store full of tile, or paint, or flooring and being told to pick something. She worked with me to make sure I was happy. They also stood behind their work. During Covid, their normal subcontractors were not always available, and when the alternate subcontractors work was not up to their standards, they had the work redone. Including reinstalling the hardwood floor! Throughout the whole process it felt like they were working on my home, not just another construction site. I love my new house and am so happy with the work they did! If you hire Rosell Home, you will not be disappointed!"

"In October 2018 I hired Kaci Woodworks to create a desk for me. This was my third project with Kaci Woodworks in the last 3 years. The first was a replacement of a bathroom vanity and bathroom closet door in 2015 which came out beautifully and the second project was a total remodel of my kitchen cabinets in late 2016 and also a great success. I was aware that Hakim Kaci was also a skilled furniture maker, so I asked him to help create a desk as the next project. The idea percolated for a long time as I tried to come up with a design. I had specific requirements; the desk had to be 48 inches wide, constructed of multiple woods and reference but not mimic the Japanese furniture and artwork in my condo. Working with Hakim we came up with a design that met my requirements and, as usual, was executed flawlessly. We chose cherry for the desktop and drawer facing, maple for the drawer interiors and black walnut for the supports. The Japanese influence comes from inset iron drawer hardware that alludes to the hardware on my tansu chests and makes the four drawers I required look like two. As you may guess, I can enthusiastically recommend Hakim Kaci and Kaci Woodworks for cabinets and for custom furniture."

"Einar Bjornsson came to our house a few weeks before the painting was to begin.  We went over what was to be painted and the colors we had chosen.  He was very professional and discussed all the details with us so we knew what to expect since the job required about 7 day's work.  He and his team of painters arrived at the discussed time and took over.  They removed wall hangings, moved furniture, taped everything that needed taping as well as cover the floors with paper and/or tarps.  His team could not have been nicer or more cooperative.  They gladly went along with a couple of changes I made.  They put all the furniture back where it belonged.   Except for getting our house back in order, we hated to see them leave.  I would recommend Bjornsson Painting to anyone who wants an honest, hardworking and excellent painting company.
