"The owner Sid did all the work himself. He came twice for initial and revised estimates, ground our 107 year old basement concrete floor level with minimal dust thanks to a strong dust recovery unit attached to the grinder. He covered the leveled floor with high quality epoxy, and finished with a high quality polyurethane. Sid was always prompt, polite, cheerful, professional, responsive, meticulous, accommodating, and easy to reach by text, email, and phone. He's also an incredibly hard worker who put in long days to stay on schedule. His truck is clean and well organized inside (always a good sign) and he was good company on site (I work at home). Sid handled the one hiccup gracefully, when we decided at the last moment that the usual satin polyurethane finish coat would be too shiny, and we asked for a matte coat from the same manufacturer instead. This required a 2 week delay for a special order polyurethane that could not be shipped by air, but Sid came back ahead of schedule and applied the finish coat on a Sunday to save us time. I'm a picky guy, and know my way around renovations, but I cannot praise him too highly!"
