Then after 6 month, we had warranty called and he try to sell us maintenance service for $180 and after I said no and ask him a question he yell at me. So I let him to finish his job and left. Please do not let him in your house. Jeremy Sorum think that you do not know anything and can trick you and sell you high price AC brand. The lady owner was informative and nice to us."
