"I used Breathe Kleen Air for two services, duct cleaning and then duct replacement. When old ducts were taken out, worker and I could both clearly see an inch thick layer of dust and gunk inside one of the return air ducts that was supposed to have been cleaned literally THE WEEK BEFORE. Since we ultimately had those ducts removed, the problem is that we didn't get the thorough service we had been expecting. (Which, I'd have believed WAS thorough except for what I saw when the ducts came out.) In retrospect, I wish I had just decided to replace ducts from the beginning and had skipped the duct cleaning. "I purchased the special dryer vent cleaning package and with a few days a very nice young man arrived to clean out the vent. The service technician was very professional and personable. The dryer is located in a very small laundry room and Robert managed to pull it out from the wall. Then I turned off the water so he could detach the hose for the steam cycle and within about an hour he had cleaned a ton of lint from the back of the dryer and the outside ventilation vent. When he was finished he cleaned everything up and the dryer works so much better now. I will definitely use this company again."
