"I used Breathe Kleen Air for two services, duct cleaning and then duct replacement. When old ducts were taken out, worker and I could both clearly see an inch thick layer of dust and gunk inside one of the return air ducts that was supposed to have been cleaned literally THE WEEK BEFORE. Since we ultimately had those ducts removed, the problem is that we didn't get the thorough service we had been expecting. (Which, I'd have believed WAS thorough except for what I saw when the ducts came out.) In retrospect, I wish I had just decided to replace ducts from the beginning and had skipped the duct cleaning. "Mike called me the night before the job to confirm, and then showed up the next day right on time.  He carefully loaded his equipment into my house, laying down mats and carefully moving a few pieces of furniture to gain access. He had several pieces of high-quality HEPA filtered equipment.   He spent over 5 hours doing a METICULOUS job cleaning and sanitizing the duct work and washing the vents.  He then showed me the results both in the dirty vacuum filter and with his fiber optic camera.  OUTSTANDING!
I STRONGLY recommend Mike -- instead of the larger "Duct Cleaner" companies who hire low cost labor, traipse around your house with big vacuum hoses and quote you "teaser" rates that fool you into hiring them.

He was organized and systematic in the removal of all vent covers - cleaned every vent - replaced the filters in the appropriate vents - he worked efficiently.
