"This is an update. I would give North Point Pools a Ten if possible. Chris was engaged throughout the reinstallation of my pool pump, filter, heater and control system. There were configuration software issues that Hayward had to become involved with. And Chris stay engaged throughout to make sure the system operated as it was supposed to. He made sure everything was good to go as my family of 20+ was showing up for the 4th of July. Thanks Chris!!!!!"

"We had a TOTAL remodel of our pool. Hydro blasting off old surface, stabilizing staples added to sub structure, new plaster, new plumbing, new electrical, new tile, new coping, new deck, new filter, new diving board. The only old thing was the hole in the ground. El Dorado did the complete job. The pool is beautiful. But, what makes me recommend them is service after the fact. The winter weather caused some coping to buckle. I informed El Dorado. They had someone out in a few days and completely replaced the affected area. It looks perfect. Our entire backyard has been elevated because of this project. Now, it was expensive. But, I hope I only have to do this once."
