"The handymen installed the racks and ultimately did a good job with the racks. They also proactively noticed that a dryer vent pipe was not attached in my attic and therefor repaired a problem that I was not aware of. My disappointment was that it took 98% of the time to install the racks. Professional installation companies indicated that it would take no more than 2 hours to install the racks for $150.00 dollars. I thought that even if the handyman I hired to install the racks was unfamiliar with the product that a skilled handyman could complete the job in 4 hours and that other items on my list would get completed. Unfortunately this was not the case and to get a few of the other items on my list completed I paid an additional $50.00 dollars for an extra hour. The problem may have been my expectations but I just did"t feel this was a "deal", I had no problem with the quality of the work performed."
