"I called the office and an appointment was made for the next day. Dave and Dale called the house about 15 minutes before they arrived. One man cleaned the dryer vent and the other the chimney. They were both very courteous, professional, and confident in their work. They were informative and explained what they were doing and also helped us interpret the level of build-up that was present. Upon completion, they thoroughly vacuumed the work site and left everything spotless. I will definitely use this company again, but on a more frequent basis as both issues left unattended could be a fire hazard. <br />"

Their quote seemed kind of high; especially since they added in the charge for the Duval County license. There was nothing outstanding, either good or bad, about the people who gave me the quote."
