"Installation went fine. Annoying aspect was that Lowes/Qualified Plumbing charged two visit/installation fees even though the dishwasher and garbage disposal were installed in a single visit. That pricing arrangement seemed excessive. We continue to purchase items at Lowes, but we now pass on installation."

"Brian Clark was one of the few plumbers who will regularly work on a Saturday.  We needed a leak repaired on a bathroom shower and the lines snaked due to a leaking washing machine.  Brian (and his helper son) arrived EXACTLY on time for our appointment and proceeded to make the repairs.  (This alone is worth an "A" rating, as I get so tired waiting for people <br /> in a "window" of  time.)  Brian and his son were courteous and quick,  They did both jobs in @ 1.5 hours. <br /> The only thing I would caution is if you pay by credit card, there is a 3% fee tacked on.  This is a small owner-operated business and so he does things the old-fashioned way. Because I was not wanting to pay by credit with the extra fee, I made arrangements to pay by cash and he even worked with me and waited while I went to my credit union for the money, though this is not his standard way of doing business.  If you want to pay by cash, plan on having it available. <br /> Now It is a little over two weeks later and my washer is leaking again, but in all honesty I was the one to suggest to him to snake out the lines based on previous leaking.  The shower head is working just fine.  So  I called Brian and he is very amenable to coming by on my next day off to take a closer look at the problem-- again being very understanding of my needs.  Hopefully, this time will be the charm.   I would recommend him based on his punctuality and work ethic. <br />"

"Danny and his partner, Knot came as schedule to replace utility sink that had a leak. He installed a new sink in the garage within an hour and the problem was corrected. The sink looks very nice and they did a great job. I will hire this company again in the future and I highly recommend their services."

"He had to find a gas heater that would fit in the space in an older home and found a great quality version for cheaper than I could have bought one at a big box store. He also installed a circulating pump so we could have hot water at the distant faucet locations. The whole job was completed quickly and at a proper price. I would not use anyone else."

"Hogtown was amazing. Great job, competitive price. The only problem was that they were super busy, so it took a few months to get in the queue. There were some delays due to other jobs not ending on time, but that was communicated clearly to me every time. The work done was within the time frame they set out (4 days I believe), the workers were professional, clean, and were great problem-solvers. (There were issues with in-wall clearance, of course, but they figured it out with minimal holes) Can I say how amazing it is to have full water pressure?!? I don't know why we didn't do this years ago. (well, $5000, that's why) All in all, excellent job by Hogtown; I hope to never need plumbing help again, but if I do, I'll call them first."
