"They arrived during the promised window. The price quoted was very reasonable. Installation of the 2 toilets was fast and efficient. The technician, Brandon, was excellent. When I requested additional work ... fixing my bathtub faucet, he was happy to assist. Since my home is an older home there were problems along the way but Brandon was diligent in trudging on until the job was completed. The price for the additional work I requested was also reasonable. Iâ d hire them again if I need plumbing work done as they are professional, courteous and reasonable."

"What an Amazing Company!! I had a Major Plumbing Issue after my son knocked the top off the toilet and busted the pipe that connects the water in to the wall. I got on Angie List and found Free Emergency Plumber.Com and within a half hour they were at my house. Not only did they fix the leak and the pipe for FREE, but the technician was also able to assist me in getting my house dried out (slightly flooded three or four rooms)! The guys at Free Emergency Plumber.Com even helped when dealing with my insurance company. Start to finish they handled just about everything for me, all I had to do was sit back and let them work. "My experience with Mark Hurm and Co LLC Company was good. They were very thorough. They did what they said they would do. I paid them $9000 out which $2000 is going to be rebated, part from the manufacturer and part from the local utility. My overall experience with the install was excellent. "The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well. He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day. Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions. The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.
