Joe figured out a way to prove to tenant that heating system was in fact working. He is clever, responsive, and keeps his word. He always goes above and beyond. His pricing is also extremely fair. As a landlord, I want to make sure I hire someone who is reliable and knows what they are doing. Joe is just the guy for my maintenance needs. As far as the granite counter goes, I was able to save $500 off what I was quoted from somewhere else because Joe has relationships with other contractors and was able to save me money on the materials.
