"I've been trying to get my roof replaced for about 3 years now due to brittle and bad shingles that would fly off my roof on any storm. Every time it rained I would lose one or two shingles. I have contacted over 8 different contractors which never returned my call, or never gave me an estimate. I finally put the insurance claim in by myself only to be rejected due to "not enough damage". My insurance company said there was only $600 worth of damage. I gave up being so frustrated with the insurance games for almost a year. Late one Sunday night, I just got on Angie's Lists. ( I have never used this site because it always asked for personal information but this time I signed up ). I found 4 roofing companies that had high stars, and read the reviews. I picked 3 of the 4 to send my contact information to them. 10 minutes after I got off the list, Chase Roof ‌Inspections contacted me and left a message. I explained to John about the insurance and was upfront that either insurance or out of pocket, I need my roof replaced. He did everything he could to show State Farm that my roof was bad, but they still would not budge. So, without me having to sue my own insurance company for basically not doing their job. I had Chase Roof Inspections replace my roof. 2 weeks pass by with all of the work Chase has in its pipeline and I'm up. The Chase team shows up early at 6:30 AM and works all day until 7:00 PM and they are finished. They never missed a beat. My home looks better than it was brand new, ( I know I had it built ) and my yard is clean of debris! The workmanship from his team is fantastic, they were always polite, never bothered me at all. Chase was always right there letting me know in communication what was going on. In my line of work, communication is key for a successful project as well as the quality of work. His company provides all the above."

"We had 1 issue after installation and they came out right away & fixed it. Great attitudes and were on time as scheduled. Very professional crew. We had just remodeled the basement for 1100 sq ft living space to be added to the home, so I didn’t expect the basement to be such a mess afterwards, so would recommend them emphasize that the client will be cleaning all that up after the install. Very messy after the foundation was dug up around the whole inside perimeter. We still haven’t had the money to replace the new flooring that was pulled up. I should have paid more attention to the contract. That’s on me, not them."
