"From beginning to end, the service provided by Wambo's WaterWorks was urgent, professional, and effective. As a renter, not only did my service professional consult with my landlord- he also consulted with me. Upon arriving, the service professional surveyed both the interior and exterior of the property and reported his findings back to me. The information provided was clear and concise. Upon returning with the necessary supplies, he safely removed my toilet and examined/cleaned beneath it. Instead of just installing the new toilet, my service professional went deep enough to identify the main cause of my plumbing issues. After providing this analysis, he proceeded to install the new toilet and ensure that the water was flowing smoothly. He also allowed me to test out other areas of the house and cleaned up after the service. I am incredibly thankful and please with Wambo's WaterWorks. "They did an excellent job.  Everything went very smoothly from the estimate process where I ended up selecting them to the good job on their work.  So everything about them went gracefully good.  I paid more than the $99 big deal because I had additional work done and I paid for that additional work.  The price was reasonable."

"They did a great job on that. My dad had a granite countertop in the bathroom. I think they put some type of equipment on top of it, and it faded the granite in a couple of spots. I called immediately, and the owner sent the worker back out there. He just said he don't know how'd it happened because they covered it. They were like they didn't do anything to it. All I wanted them to do was just kind of like fix it or repolish it or something. So, it was a little spot very noticeable. My dad has a caregiver and even when she came the next day she noticed it. The two areas on the granite top were faded. They didn't try to fix it, they told me what I should do to try to fix it. The owner came back from vacation and called me and told me to put some type of car wash wax on it or something, but that didn't work. I thought the price was reasonable. The bathtub was excellent, but like I said they did do something that caused that spot on the granite top.They refinished the bathtub, but in the process, it seems like they damaged another part in the bathroom. It just seems like they put some equipment on top of that, like something that was hot or something that just kind of faded the gloss on the granite top. They were late getting out there that day. They said they had run behind on another job. They were hours late getting out there. They did a great job with the refinishing work, it was just some collateral damage, but they did a great job on that tub."

"Mr. Howard and his employees did a great job. They had a big job due to the massive roots growing in my old clay pipes from the house to the city connection. They showed up when we scheduled, completed the job, got the inspection and all permits required. They were patient in explaining everything they were doing (cause I had a lot of questions). Reasonable price for the job. I was satisfied with the cost and the work. I will hire them again and refer them to a friend."
