"Misael was excellent! He always showed up on time, was neat and clean and organized and got all the work done on time. The quality of the work was excellent as well. So he did a complete gut and remodel of the second floor of my house, which included a full bathroom and tub/shower, 3 bedrooms and an office. Paint, stain, new floors, new ceilings and drywall were only a handful of the things he did. Everything came out splendid. I have 4 cats and he was very accommodating as well. I’d 100% recommend him for other jobs and would 100% hire him to come back and do other jobs on my house!"

"Good things can come in small packages! Thanks to Mark and his crew my small 1950's bathroom looks amazing. The bathroom was shrouded in mud tiles on the walls and mosaic tiles on the floor which required extensive demo. His crew stripped it to the studs and turned it into a bathroom that's bright, clean and cheerful. Likewise my small kitchen required much the same demo. With Mark's help and design suggestions I now have a beautiful, spacious kitchen (without having to increase the square footage). My family and friends are blown away by how open and large my small little kitchen suddenly became without actually extending it. We also have a connected breakfast nook in which Mark created an 8' wide pantry closet by breaking through the rear of our garage! Another terrific plan! It was such a pleasure working with Mark and his crew. It became very obvious early on that they strive for perfection and it absolutely shows in their finished product. "Angelo, of Joseph and Sons, is a consummate professional and his knowledge of various projects is endless. His crew was polite, friendly and clean. We originally started with replacing an old railroad tie wall with natural rocks and a concrete shed pad. We ended up with a large patio, a leveled back yard, an upgrades to various garden beds. He also finished the wall with river stone to reduce future cost and upkeep. The pricing was more then fair. Angelo was great with add on projects, giving me Options and his opinion. He never tried to sell a project and was not pushy. He was very responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend Joseph and Sons. In fact, we will use him again in the future for other jobs including a kitchen remodel."

"We can not say enough wonderful things about Homeland Remodeling Group. To start, Dan answered our inquiry the day after we sent it and he showed up when promised. Many contractors would either not respond or promise an estimate and not show. Dan was on time and he provided us with the estimate before he left that same day. While waiting for the siding to arrive, Dan was very responsive, providing updates. Once the material arrived, the crew was very professional and worked efficiently. They would arrive at 8:00 am and leave at 5:00pm. The siding, fascia, soffit and gutters look perfect. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything more.
