Despite some hiccups in the permitting process, Rick made sure we had clarity on the scope, financing and terms and then the guys did a great job building the deck. We had one small cosmetic issue when it was done, and not only did they come out and take a look but offered to make it right immediately with no questions asked. Unfortunately our siding is fairly new so there isn't anything else we can hire Eagle Siding to do but if we ever build a home (or move into one that needs some work) they will be our first call."

"This is the second time we hired J & B Roofing to work on our house. We had 35 year old deteriorated Masonite lap siding. The old siding was removed, a layer of insulation was installed, along with Tyvek House Wrap under the new siding. J & B Roofing supplied many color samples for us to select from. Our house has brick on the lower 1/3 of the front. We had J & B Roofing install vinyl siding that has the appearance of hand split shakes above the bricks to the soffit. We installed vinyl dutch lap siding on the sides and back of the house. The gable ends of the house & garage had the dutch lap installed at the same angle as the roof line. Ever challenge we presented to J & B Roofing was met with the response, "WE CAN DO IT". When the job was completed, once again the entire area was cleaned up of all debris. Whenever we need any repairs, they will be our first call to see if what we need done, they are able to do. We are very satisfied with them and highly recommend their services."

The others were blaming my older shingles for the issue and didn't think insurance would cover anything. I have never filed a claim before and Matt was there to help every step of the way. He was there when the adjuster showed, worked with the insurance company directly, was there when the roof was being installed and they did the roof in a day, along with some other work I needed done. "Contacted Twin City Handyman to do a number of jobs around the house. Darren promptly came out, reviewed the work to be done and issued a quote on the project. Within a couple of weeks Trevor arrived to do the project. The wall patch, shower door install and grab bar install went well. The pocket door install was another story. There are few companies out there who can do pocket doors, so I knew I was taking a chance by employing a handyman service to do the job. First, the cost of the door install was $2365.00, the bulk of which was for labor. When the install was done, the door was out of alignment in every possible way. The door does close, so it is useable. On their behalf, Twin City Handyman has tried to make the correction to the door, but without much success. A complete reinstall is probably the only answer to the problem, but I will have to find someone else at a later date. In closing, Darren and Trevor are very professional and truly do want to do the best job possible. I just believe, they should have turned down the pocket door install, as they had little experience in that area."
