They provided a bid by email when promised and included the options I asked for. I requested a change to the bid for another option and this was provided in a timely manor. In the end we did not go with the provider for three reasons. 1. Use of subs crew on many wood fence installs, we wanted more ownership in our contracted provider. 2. Cost, they came in more than 15 percent higher and 3. The vision of options was more limited- we had better guidance from another company. Pleasant to deal with overall.
