"During the storm season, when my roof was leaking, I reached out to many roofing companies. RoofWorx was able to send someone out right away and be the first to arrive on the scene. Jacob sent a confirmation text with eta. When the other companies came, they went on top of the roof and gave different approaches and causes of leaks, but Jacob (from Roofworx) (not Jake from State Farm) was the only one who went inside the attic and literally found and showed me pictures of leaks along with a long-term approach to fixing the problem. Although they could not repair it during the rain, they had guys come out and temporarily tarp the roof, and they were keeping in contact with me to update.
