"We built a new deck on our 1970 house in Shoreline. Cameron and his crew (Dale and Ryan in particular) are awesome to work with. Top notch quality work and we love the finished product that will last for many years to come. The team built the deck in record time - minus the railing which was contracted to another company. My frustration was with the railing company (apparently had not worked with them before). The glass railing took 3.5 months to deliver when they had quoted 3-4 weeks… and the communication on the shifting dates was spotty. This was also around the time of the massive heat wave this summer so some of the boards understandably started bowing and expanding - Dale came by each time and made sure to fix any issues. Really appreciated it."

And, they had to jack up the roof section to reattach it. Jose` and crew did the job quickly but expertly. If I need another job done, I won't hesitate to call Pelayos Construction."

"We met Alex of Anyvision Home Remodeling during the initial consultation for our home project. We chose Anyvision right then because of Alex's presentation and his vision of how the project will get along. The main project was to upgrade the kitchen and the entire main floor areas. Along the progress, they found more damages or issues that probably caused by the old roofing. So, the project got extended to have new roofing, siding and dry wall. But it was all at peace of mind knowing that Anyvision will take care of all the issues. The crew was nice, kind and respectful. They cleaned the areas before they left for the day. Alex always informed us what’s to be done for the day, time the crew will come in and videos of the day’s job. Any concerns we had during and after the project were all addressed in a timely manner.
