"Jim and his crew refinished our hardwood floors and they look amazing- better than new! We had several bids from different people for this project. Jim was our last bid and while a bit more expensive he was so detailed in what they included in the price I think we actually saved some money when compared to what the other bids did not include or were very vague. Jim included everything that would need to be done before, during and after the floors were done. They removed all doors, moldings and toilet and put them all back when finished. (This was going to cost extra in the other bids we received). Jimâ s crew arrived on time each day and cleaned up before they left. They also worked extra to limit the amount of time we had to be out of our house as we have a toddler. Jim came out to inspect the floors when they were done and saw some spots he wanted to redo and they ended up putting an extra coat of finish on with no extra cost. I highly recommend Goss floors and would/will hire them again for any future wood flooring projects!"

"Mike is a hard worker with the customers satisfaction his highest priority. He is flexible with his work hours and does a beautiful job on wood floors. He added new wood floors to existing wood floors and changed the stairs from carpet to wood. We are very happy with the end result. The floors actually came out better than we anticipated. His pricing is fair and his skill is advanced. Ours was a very large job and he never got stressed out or appeared to be rushing. We would hire him again and we do recommend him to others looking to have their wood floors added to and refinished."

Very knowledgeable with old wood floors - he explained the process to us - his bid was very reasonable and he was clear about what the additional costs would be when he saw repairs were needed . He was meticulous about keeping the area clean and the rest of the house free from the dust. We will definitely contact him again when we need more floor work done and highly recommend him !"

Rick performed wood patching and matching to my existing floors. He then took everything down to bare wood, refinished and varnished the entire floor. The end result was amazing and I was very happy. "Very pleased with the professional and friendly service received. Eric, the owner, was professional and easy to work with. I appreciated his help with narrowing the flooring choices to what product would be best for what I needed, ie, stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway as well as being waterproof for the baths and kitchen. He also promptly provided all the documentation required by my HOA for approval of what I wanted done. I kept changing my mind about which direction to lay the flooring, so when it was delivered, Eric helped lay out a box of the flooring so I could get a better idea of how it would look overall, very nice. Dan, the installer was also professional and did a great job. I particularly liked the job done cutting the bottom of the door frames to slip the flooring underneath. Looks like it was just meant to be that way. Since the name of his showroom is Floors and More, I asked if he did counter tops too. He worked with Andrew Shubin at Pro Granite to order the quartz for the kitchen and find remnants for the baths which helped keep the cost down. Very pleased all the way around. I plan to have him install carpet in the near future and possibly replace the tile around the fireplace."
