He managed to rebuild and rehang the cabinet in just about an hour, utilizing some scrap wood I had on hand to keep things efficient. Price-wise, you cannot beat him. I got a quote from a local renovation firm that was well more than what Alex charged. In terms of craftsmanship, it’s all about function over fine aesthetics. There are a couple of visible screws along the exterior edges, and one screw on the inside missed the core wood slightly, but the cabinet is now incredibly secure to the wall. They did a quick tidy-up, though I had to do a bit of secondary cleanup for small debris afterward. If you need high-end, flawless carpentry, you might want a specialist, but if you want fast, communicative, highly affordable, and sturdy work, Alex is your guy.
