"Overall, the project went very well. I didn't hire Bill directly, but instead he was hired by the store from which the windows were purchased. His team showed up when expected, and moved the job along at a good pace. They removed and installed about 2 windows in about two weeks. There were some minor workmanship issues such as uneven joint compound on one patched wall, and a splintered length of trim installed around one of the windows, but the problems were small and few relative to the overall job. We had a problem with shrinking of a trim piece after the job, and Bill was very quick to respond and help us rectify the problem.  <br />"
