They completed a tricky installation (large odd-shaped room with 2 closets as well as a winding staircase) quickly and professionally. Richard’s team did such a great job on the carpeting that I hired them to replace a vinyl plank floor in my Scarborough home with hardwood. He worked with scheduling his installation crew for a day when I could have a family member be available to allow access. His crew removed the existing stair treads and risers on two staircases, built a new plywood sub-floor for each staircase then installed luxury vinyl treads and risers over them as well as installing quarter round moulding on all the baseboards of our three level townhome in one day!
