"My husband and I are having our home built for our property and need a Septic Tank installed. This will be our first experience with such a system as we have always lived within city limits that provided City Sewer Service. I found Jerry Thigpen Septic Tank Svc in an online search. I called and left a message on the answering machine at noon and received a call back within 35 minutes. Spoke to Mr and Mrs Thigpen, they both were very professional and pleasant to speak to. "Freddie Moore of Ramjack repaired our shop foundation in 2020 before we purchased the property. We asked Ramjack to come do a Warranty Inspection to assure nothing had changed in the last 2 years. Susie Normal was friendly, efficient and prompt in her response and arranged for Jacob Christian to come to the property within a week of my call. Jacob kept us informed of his arrival time; completed the inspection; advised us of the results and his recommendations. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done, the Warranty Service and how professional and knowledgeable both Susie and Jacob were. Their customer service was superb! We highly recommend them for your foundation repair needs!"

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
