"The Plumber showed up early for the job. I had explained the prior evening that we had no water. He quickly assessed the problem found the leak and repaired the line. Afterwards he made sure that the repair was good and that there weren't any more problems . He cleaned up the work area, and even checked my hot water heater to make sure it was working properly ( it had a lot of excess water in the drip pan). I have found my new plumber."

I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services.
